This program equips your team with essential tools to speak with confidence and clarity. Learn how to project energy through vocal tone, use body language effectively, structure your messages, master first impressions, and listen with full focus using the DBAE technique.

How the Program is Delivered

Participants receive live coaching and tailored feedback through realistic simulations of everyday work scenarios.

Includes:

  • one-one-one communication
  • meeting and group interactions
  • handling challenging situations

Each program is carefully tailored to align with your team’s specific goals, challenges, and communication context—ensuring relevant, high-impact learning outcomes.

Format

  • Up to 15 participants per cohort
  • in-person or virtual
  • Three, two hour modules (Total: 6 hours over a set period)

Modules are delivered bi-weekly to allow for real-world application between sessions.
