I wanted increased confidence on stage and be able to get across a clear takeaway message, and I achieved that.

Comparing the first and final mock presentations, the improvement was stark.

Absolutely. It’s for anyone who has similar needs in sharpening their message. People who would most benefit are those who are open to direct feedback.

It felt less generic. It was guided and tailored to what I wanted to work on.

What did you find most valuable, the thing you’d keep if everything else were stripped away?

The ‘a metre beyond’ vocal projection technique and the body language advice.

What didn’t land as strongly for you, or felt less useful?

Nothing.

If you could adjust three levers – pace, depth, or follow-up – what would you change, if anything?

For one or two sessions there was a bit too much information to retain.

Is there anything we haven’t covered that would help me do this work better?

No. It was the best coaching I’ve had. Results were almost immediate.

Regarding return on investment, for the hours put in, the benefit was outsized.
