What outcomes did you want to achieve from the training?
I wanted to improve my confidence, my presentation skills to large groups. He also wanted to improve his business development skill so he could bring in more work, as well has nailing short interactions at industry breakfast and events.
What were the highlights of the training?
The highlights were the face to face sessions. The role playing situations you conducted were similar to the key situations I face on a day to day basis at work. Doing those role plays allowed me to get the best outcomes during my work interactions. You took the theory and then helped me apply it to real world situations which was highly valuable.
The training contributed to me being promoted to a state leadership role. I’m now running executive level meetings and having more engagement with the broader market. I don’t think I would be able to perform in this role to the level I’d need with out doing the training, so it’s been highly valuable. I certainly wouldn’t have been as effective.
Would you recommend the training to others?
Yes, I’d highly recommend the training to other people.
I think even just be staring small with attending one workshop or introductory session would be good. I think that one of the best things about your training is that each session has so much information packed into it. You can quickly start to build your skills and improve and it doesn’t take long. I got much greater returns that the initial cost outlay.
Your skill in creating a tailored program just for myself that suits my personality and style – I think is pretty unique. It’s been fantastic.
