Is visualisation undermining you achieving your goals?
Andrew Huberman in an episode, titled The science of setting and achieving goals, of his podcast Huberman Lab made me stop and think with these statements regarding goals:
‘Visualisation is helpful in getting us started on the pursuit of goals but not a good way to maintain the pursuit of a goal –
you’re better off thinking about how you want to avoid failure.’

Implementation suggestion
- Set a 13 minute time span to review the podcast notes.
- Log one or two points from the notes in a Goals/Goal Purusit folder (maybe the entire podcast notes too).
- Review the folder the next time you set and pursue a goal, and set a specific date in your calendar to review the folder.
