A simple technique to have more presence

On top of my computer monitor at my work desk I have written on a Post-it note: ‘1. Deep breath 2. Then answer phone’.
Over the past month, doing this two step process had definitely increased my focus and centredness, and help me project calm energy during phone interactions.
