I was sceptical of how the training would work remotely, but I was able to learn from the master. You did an amazing job in how your observed me and gave immediate improvement feedback.

Anil, a high-potential executive, was recognized by a senior HR Manager for his leadership potential. However, he sought to enhance his gravitas, executive presence, and communication style to make a stronger impact. His key goals were to:

  • Engage his direct reports more effectively
  • Be a valued contributor in discussions with General Manager peers
  • Command presence and influence in conversations with Executive General Managers

To achieve this, Anil committed to an eight-month, virtual Executive Presence & Leadership Communication Training program, a structured one-on-one coaching experience designed to refine his messaging, presence, and impact at senior levels.

What outcomes did you want to achieve from the training?

I wanted to leave my audiences inspired and wanted to influence my peer group.

What were the highlights of the training?

  • I’ve been able to make some great progress on those outcomes. There has been marked improvement in my communication.
  • I was sceptical of how the training would work remotely, but I was able to learn from the master. You did an amazing job in how you observed me and gave immediate improvement feedback.
  • Being able to structure my responses, slow down my cadence and be clear in my delivery was a big improvement. Previously my voice low and not impactful.
  • There’s been a big shift in my communication since the start of the program – the techniques of the program helped me come across as a strong communicator.
  • Your review and feedback of my mock video clip made me stop and think.
  • The program made a massive impact compared to other classroom programs I’ve attended.

Would you recommend the training to others?

Absolutely!
