Are you a great simplifier?
Can you cut through argument, debate and doubt, and offer a solution that everybody understand?
Or do people struggle sometimes to get your point? Or do some people get the point, and others don’t?
Recently an experienced, senior executive client of mine said that the Powell quote, cut to the core value I provide in my One-on-One training.
Here is a paraphrase of words she sent me:
“You provide a massive amount of experience that allows you to prioritise what person needs, cut to the heart of the matter and target those areas through a process – together with honest, considered feedback.”

#1 Over the next seven days reflect on Powell’s quote and at the end each day, grade yourself on a 1-10 scale (1 lowest; 10 highest grade) on how well you delivered simple messages that cut through argument, debate and doubt that everybody could understand.
